The name, ashoka, begins with the sound, "a." In Sanskrit, this sound represents the unlimited field of energy and intelligence in nature, the field of consciousness, which is found pervading every molecule of the universe. In the same way, the sound "a" can literally be found in every other sound of the Sanskrit alphabet.

In Sanskrit, there is a deep correlation between sound and meaning. The fact that the name, ashoka, begins with the sound, "a" confirms the fact that this tree has a profound connection to the divine field of energy and intelligence in nature. It is by means of this connection that ashoka is able to remove grief from the sattwa (light of the soul).

Shoka means "grief".  A - shoka means that the "a" value (the infinite energy and intelligence of nature which is lively in the ashoka tree) is able to override the small points of grief that build up in the sattwa (light of the soul) and eliminate them. It is a challenge to maintain the divine "a" quality of ashoka when it has to pass through a digestive and metabolic system that is full of toxins, as is common today. If the liver, for example, carries a high toxic load, it may be too much even for the energy of ashoka to remain intact. Sometimes even light can be covered by darkness. Ingredients

“Total Ashoka” (Vaidya Mishra’s proprietary blend), Grapefruit, Lavender, Ylang-ylang and Rose in a base of organic Shea Butter with Vegetable Glycerine, Bee’s wax and Jojoba oil

Container Size

Choose between 0.5 oz, 2 oz, and 4 oz.

Directions

Take a small amount of the cream on the end of a small spoon (try to avoid putting your fingers in the container).  With the ring finger, place a small amount on the tala hridaya marma points, in the center of each palm and the center of the soles of the feet.  Rub gently in clockwise circles over the marma points several times and then press firmly with the thumb for up to a minute. 

Leave the cream on the skin for at least a half hour or for many hours of steady transdermal absorption.  Rub into the skin when done.
