Grade A wildcrafted Kulthi (Horse gram)
3 tablespoons of Black Kulthi lentils per 2 cups of water.
Rinse the Black Kulthi lentils. Add to a pot with 1 liter of water, 1/2 tsp of Mum’s Ghee, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Mom’s masala or your personal spice blend, Soma Salt to taste. Boil for 20-30 minutes or until fullly cooked, and serve.
