4 oz.
Add 1 teaspoon per person in 6 oz of water. Cover and boil on medium heat.
Do not over boil. After 2-3 minutes of boiling, strain and serve.

Usually cannot get my husband to drink teas but he loves this tea and drinks it during the day instead of eating junk food. It is very satisfying and helps digestion.

The kulthi, i have finally decided will always
be chewy, and i soak it over nite, and cook
a long time.
And i have noticed amazingly, that i sleep
so good on those nights! It truly is a deep
bone detox,I feel its releasing something very
deep and necessary from my bones, because
this correlation is so intriguing that i would rest so very deeply after consuming Kulthi.
