Hot flashes are one of the most common complaints of menopause, with periods of intense heat, warm skin, and sweating.  Women typically start experiencing hot flashes and other menopause symptoms during perimenopause.  More often than not, these symptoms interfere with physical ease and emotional balance.

Flash Freeze was formulated to soothe and ease this transition and bring cooling comfort on both the physical and emotional levels.  Shatavari, for example, cools sadhaka pitta, the pitta related to the heart. It has a lot of soma (nature's cooling, nurturing energy) and is able to deliver this cooling prana to the heart.  Red coral and Mother of Pearl are also very somagenic (rich in soma) and help cool and pacify all five pitta sub-doshas.

Directions
