Well it's early to tell. It initially seemed a little weird to listen to and I can't understand what he is saying of course, but I trusted my practitioner and tried it. It puts me right to sleep, I usually sleep through the night now instead of getting up once and I'm also feeling more positive about people. More forgiving, I definitely can see things beginning to change for the better.
