For that we need to have sustained delivery of Magnesium throughout the many hours of the day. The all natural SVA transdermal base with magnesium provides slow thermogenenesis for slow but steady penetration to the affected area, particularly the calf muscles. This cream is great to use for treatment along with the SVA Marma points protocol.
This cream is not to be used on children. Best for adults age 18 and above.

Alternately, the roll-on may also be applied on the entire spine at night up to downward motion always.

    I really like this product. It seems to penetrate effectively and work well on sore muscles. I like that it is a cream. Usually magnesium oil irritates my skin but this does not and I have been able to use it without dilution.

    The Magnesium cream is very easy to use, smells great and is very soothing...I have been using it for a few weeks now for restless legs and I feel it has been helping a great deal...I would highly recommend this product also for absorption of daily magnesium requirements.

    This product has helped almost instantly with cramps in the abdomen, the legs, and feet.
    It has reduced rotator cuff pain and other pain. I don't know how I managed without it.

    I had been experiencing painful foot and lower leg cramps from time to time. Since using the magnesium cream, I've experienced only one in six months. Very easy on my sensitive skin. I highly recommend it.

    Couldn't live without this cream. It has helped with so many issues and aches and pains. Put it on at night, no cramping legs or feet. Muscle aches and pains, put it on and within no time you feel great.

    I have tried several magnesium oils and creams earlier but all of them irritated my skin. Finding SVA magnesium is a big relief for me it works well and doesnot irritate my skin. Very happy with the product
