Ingredients
‘SVA Prune Preserve’ (Vaidya Mishra’s proprietary recipe) with Organic Prunes (Prunus domestica), Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis), Ascorbic Acid, Pectin, Organic Raw Sugar (Saccharum officinarum), and Soma Salt
Size
1.5 oz and 8 oz
Directions
Have 1-2 teaspoons with your lunch or dinner daily or whenever you feel like it. To help reset apana agni, have 1-2 tablespoons at night before bed, or with dinner, with warm water. Refrigerate after opening. Do not leave exposed to sunlight. Always remove with a clean, dry spoon.
Precautions
Do not eat in excess, especially if you have any tendency towards diarrhea or general loose motions.

This product is so very pleasant, and does not have a strong prune taste - or a heaviness. I have purchased it for years now, so highly recommend it.
