SVA Osteo Care Oil contains a proprietary herbal blend that gets immediately absorbed through the skin and delivers these effects primarily to the bone tissue and joints. It offers a great way to support the bones and joints transdermally, which is much needed this day and age.
Why? Our bones and joints are subject to tremendous wear and tear and stress every day. On top of that, poor nutrition - especially insufficient calcium and collagen - eventually results in depleted and weakened bones. Other factors include a lack of Vit D and/or absorption, intake of ‘dumb’ calcium, or infrequent or insufficient exposure to sunlight. (Vitamin D is made by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight.) Ama (simple toxins) and amavisha (reactive toxins) in the fat tissue and/or in the bones and joints also contribute to weak bones and joints.

‘Osteo-Care Synergy’ (Vaidya Mishra’s proprietary herbal blend) with Pashan Bhed proprietary synergy, Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Prakrit proprietary synergy, and Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) in a base of organic Sesame (Sesamum indicum) oil and Grapeseed oil (Vitis vinifera)

Directions
Warm the oil slightly by placing the bottle in hot water in your sink for a few minutes. Now pour some oil into the palm of your hand and apply on the targeted areas of the bones. Massage with clock-wise circular motions over the joints and swipe out and away (for example from shoulders to fingertips and hips to feet) for the arms, legs, and feet (if needed).
Allow yourself 20 minutes rest in a warm room - make sure there are no cold drafts. You may now wipe off any excess oil with paper towels and then take a warm shower. You can leave the oil on longer, but you must cover your head to keep warm. Stay away from cold drafts. Store your massage oil in a cool, dark place. Do not leave exposed to sunlight.
