Prana Flow Supports the Nadis - Vibrational Channels
Any yogic practice (prayer, meditation, contemplation, etc) is a spiritual-mental activity, but ayurveda reminds us that the body is also very much involved in this process. In reality, the mind and body cannot be separated. They are like the legs of a table. Pull one leg and the other 3 come along. In fact, this is the very means that many meditation techniques adopt to affect the body. By settling the mind, they slow the breath and heart rate and enhance brain wave coherence.
But it works both ways. Mental relaxation and deeper spiritual experiences can be supported through physical means as well. For example, hatha yoga is one such physical method to enhance mind/body/spirit coordination, which is essential to get optimal benefits from any spiritual practice. This is because if the body is ill at ease the mind and senses will be distracted and pulled outward.
Vaidya Mishra added to this equation through his ayurvedic wisdom: he taught us that pranic flow is also a key factor in improving mind/body/spirit coordination. This is because prana is the bridge between the mind and the Gem - the “Light of the Soul” or the aura of the soul seated in the vibrational heart lotus in the middle of our chest. You can learn more about this in Vaidya Mishra’s Samadhi Marma course HERE. How is “Prana Flow” involved in this? It supports the flow of prana in the nadis, by enhancing their ability to receive and distribute prana, and empowers them to resist corruption through EMF or “synthetic prana.” Prana Flow also helps evacuate and release used prana, so that the nadis can receive and distribute even more fresh pranic energy. The result is that you settle more quickly into meditation/yogic practice, and receive more benefits.
Prana Flow: Roll it on!
Simply put: prana is our life-line - it flows in, through, and out of us every second of every day, as we breathe in and out. Yet, it is so much more than the flow of breath! It is our connection to the universe and all that we do and are on every level. Vaidya Mishra gave us a seminal explanation and understanding of the role and constitution of Prana that helps us understand in practical terms this abstract power of nature. In addition, he taught us practical tools, through the ancient knowledge of marma, to help us harness this cosmic power of Prana. Here is a unique SVA formulation, to help keep the prana flowing in and out of you, seamlessly and naturally. In today's world, our body is bombarded by constant mental, emotional, and physical stress, electromagnetic toxicity, and un-healthy diets. All these factors disrupt the reception and flow of prana, which is vital for our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Of course, it helps to correct things in your daily routine, revise your diet, incorporate a yogic practice. However, just applying Prana Flow on key areas (neck and shoulders, lower back, pulse) will give you that needed break, so you can stop, take a moment, breathe in, and feel your physical and vibrational channels flow with prana! But what are “physical and vibrational channels”?
Nadi-s – Pathways of Your Cosmic Self!
SV Ayurveda places great emphasis on the health of the channels, both the srotas (physical channels) and the nadis (vibrational channels). The nadis support all the physical organs and systems – including the physical channels - by delivering prana to them. But prana also flows to support the mind, heart, and senses. When pranic flow is optimal we experience a state of inner fulfillment and, in the big picture, freedom from dis-ease.Mental and emotional daily stress, unhealthy lifestyles (not enough exercise or leisure time); wrong food choices (left-overs, acidic foods, nightshades, etc); overexposure to electromagnetic devices and radiation; and a host of other imbalancing lifestyle factors (not enough sleep, late sleep, etc) corrupt not only our physical, but our vibrational channels first and foresmost. These factors either narrow the nadis or corrupt their intelligence in such a way that prana is less available to us. Insufficient flow of prana means less vitality and reduced resistance to imbalances on the physical and psycho-somatic levels. Prana Flow helps you support your nadi-s for enhanced overal mental and physical health.Prana Flow will support your nadis, enhancing their ability to receive and distribute prana. Prana Flow also helps you release used prana, so that the nadis can receive and distribute even more pranic energy. The result? You may feel more calm and mentally settled, more grounded, and empowered to tackle stress and the rest of your day.

I use 3 Chandika transdermal roll-ons, and this one is my favorite. At the beginning, I felt more energized when needed and more balanced when needed, but now I don’t feel anything. The smell is lovely and I’m sensitive with smell, and a small amount goes a long way.
