Prana Balance Herbal-Memory Nectar
Calms and Focuses the Mind
Prana Vata is the subdosha of vata seated in the head which, in its balanced state, helps us to think clearly and use our sense organs properly. Vaidya Mishra says that one reason we call this subdosha prana vata is because most of the reception of universal prana happens in the head. In a real sense, prana vata is the master prana of the body. Thus, it’s imperative to keep prana vata steady and calm, yet alert and focused.
Prana Balance Herbal-Memory Nectar contains several herbs that support prana vata. These herbs include both types of brahmi – bacopa monnieri and gotu kola. The main prabhava of these herbs (specific ultimate effect) is medhya (good for the mind). Whenever you find your mind racing, feeling stressed, or unfocused, bring it back to balance with Prana Balance Herbal-Memory Nectar.
