Feels good and soothing on the joints. Actually seems to reduce any aches.

I recently irritated a shoulder muscle doing yoga. It was the first time I had pain since I'd purchased the produce and applied it. It helped me to sleep, as well, as I was so uncomfortable with the pain. It didn't make the pain disappear, but provided relief that made it more flexible and easier to move.

This works great right after it is applied.
I only wish the effects lasted longer.

This is the best if I have sore muscles the day after a workout, or if I wake up with a crick in my neck. It has a subtle smell, and unlike other topical balms for sore muscles that sting due to ingredients like cinnamon or peppermint oil, you can't really feel it working at all.
The other day after we had been walking around a lot, my husband complained that his back was sore when we came home, so I rolled some of this on. Later, I asked him how his back felt. Oh! he said. He'd completely forgotten about it. It felt fine.
It does leave an oily sheen on the skin, and although it has not stained any of my clothes, it would be something to be careful about with delicate fabrics.
I did in the past buy the Super Sport cream, and I like this better, basically because it has less strong of a smell, and it is so easy to apply.
