You may be taking loads of Vitamin D through supplements, Vitamin D milk, and fortified cereals. But if your liver is full of toxins, you may never see the fruit of all the Vitamin D you take in.
The problem is that Vitamin D must be first activated in the liver and kidneys before it can be used. If your liver is full of toxins, the Vitamin D you take orally won't get activated. And you can end up taking too much Vitamin D, and running the risk of overdose.

I was unaware when I purchased this transdermal cream that it contained fish oil. That said it is a lovely product, smells wonderful, eliminates the need to take one more supplement, and otherwise I'm recommend it highly.
