I am deeply gratified that you have made available Yasad Bhasma in the United States. A vaidya in India recommended that I use it to address hypothyroidism. I researched bhasmas on the internet and not knowing anything about their production did not know if they contained impurities. I remembered that many years ago I was treated by Vaidya Mishra whom I respect very much. I was happy to discover that Chandika carries Yasad Bhasma. I hope that Chandika expands its product line of bhasmas.

Grateful to have this product to enable us to resist colds and flu especially in these times. We use 2 drops in a glass of water before bed and so far we are faring well through this season.

As far as I know, this is the most effective way to take zinc, so I was attracted to this product. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of cardamom. It is explained in the video that zinc can make you feel nauseous and cardamom averts nausea, so I guess it is necessary, but I'm not a fan. The first day I had this, I mixed 5 drops with water and I found the smell vile (cardamom overload!). I felt pretty nauseous an hour or so afterward. I reduced to only 2 drops the next day, and have been working my way back up. I also got the idea to mix it with apple juice, rather than water, and so it's actually pretty good--refreshing like apple cider. I don't feel nauseous anymore when I drink it either.
The only issue is that the product is quite thick, and it sticks to the outside of the dropper. This makes it difficult to measure exactly 5 drops, as it starts to drip off from the outside of the dropper, as well. To remedy this, I do my best to scrape off the outside of the dropper on the inside of the bottle neck, but I still sometimes get a little more than I meant to measure out.
