Im enjoying the mind taste to this protein and feel great eating it knowing it won't cause any blockage. I love having it in the morning with some fruit. I can last till lunchtime when I have this in the morning.
I can now last work without snacking and classes. I'm very thankful.

I followed the recipes on you-tube for the protein shake and the hummus. I make the protein shake and hummus using the Protein Powder and the Kulthi powder. We simply love the hummus. My protein shake is a little plain, but I like it like that; it stops the hunger and keeps me going.
